Ojibwe Dictionary?

I am an author starting research on a screen play envolving a pair of
Ojibwe characters and have not had any luck locating an acceptable
dictionary of the language. A dictionary authored by "a friend at UC
Berkeley" was refered to in response to a request for translation help.
If possible, could you e-mail me back with the official name of the
dictionary and the author's name? Any other Information on obtaining the
book would be helpful. Does the dictionary contain syntax rules or
examples? If you know of publications explaining this I would appreciate
any tips?
