Native elder flying from California to South Dakota is missing

Frank Collins, an elder from the San Jose (CA) community was flying
his airplane to South Dakota and has been missing for 7 days. He left
San Jose, California for Winner South Dakota last Wednesday. The last
radio communication from him was east of Yosemite. We need help from
any pilots to search for his craft. WE ARE VERY WORRIED. . .

If you can help with the search call Sid Wolf with Civil Air Patrol at
408-243-1720. Frank, a respected elder in our Indian community has
been missing for 8 days during a flight from San Jose to South Dakota.
His plane may have landed near Eastern Yosemite, California. We have
military helping out in the are, however, we need volunteers for land
search teams, possibly horseback. The terrain is rugged so experience
is a must. We need donations for plane fuel at this time. Please
