Ya'at'eeh. I have (listened) and I have restrained myself from adding another
stick to this discussion. I can't keep this bottled up....here it goes.

I see a conglomerate of underlying issues whose voices want to be heard but
have not been fully expressed. Therefore, instead of exploring those issues we
are using paraphrases of their meaning as shields and hurling opinions at each
other. In the end, all we know is that these issues still exist. We have not
stepped any closer to understanding each other or understanding those
underlying issues that come up everywhere. My relatives...this is hurtful.

I appreciate the fact that we can use this discussion group to share cultural
knowledge. It is wonderful to see that some practices are pan-indigenous.
